RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mary Anne’s, we value each and every customer and try to be fair in all refund and exchange decisions. Our policies are as follows:

Merchandise accompanied by an original Mary Anne's Hallmark sales receipt may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in like-new, saleable condition with tags and UPC barcode attached. We require customer information and signature on all returns. Manager approval is required for all returns, and in some circumstances, returns may be refused.

  • If your purchase was made by credit card, we must process your refund on that specific credit card.
  • If your purchase was made by check, there may be a delay in your refund as we wait for the check to clear.
  • Sale and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • ALL Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

CROWN REWARDS POLICY

  • Crown Rewards points will be deducted at the time of all returns/or exchanges.

COUPON EXCLUSIONS

Unless otherwise noted, all coupons exclude the following:

Yeti
Gift cards
Special Orders
Past Purchases

*Coupons cannot be used in combination with other coupons and may not be applied to already discounted items. Mary Anne's will accept digital or text coupons from a smart phone if they are sent from Mary Anne’s Hallmark or Hallmark. We are unable to accept vendor coupons from a smart phone.
